Inside the program: Reach all shifts with colorful posters
HCPro's Weekly Update on the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program®*, August 11, 2009
Colorful posters are a great way to communicate important information to large groups of staff throughout the organization. Use catchy graphics and color combinations that draw the eye and get the attention you desire.
Simple posters with a clear message can drive home key points that you want to reinforce before the site visit or on a continual basis. This is a good tactic in large organizations because it makes it possible to provide information to all staff, seven days a week, on all three shifts.
