Inside best practice: Get designation support with a wall
HCPro's Weekly Update on the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program®*, February 3, 2009
Keeping your organization’s journey toward ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® (MRP) designation in the spotlight is important to be successful at achieving the nursing excellence award.
One way to keep the MRP spirit lifted is by creating a “Magnet Recognition Program® Support Wall.” To do this, place a wall-mounted board in a high-traffic area of the hospital. Allow all nursing and nonnursing staff, or even community members, to post words of support for the journey.
