Don’t wait until the last minute to prepare nursing and non-nursing staff members for the site visit—whether you’re pursuing ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® (MRP) designation or redesignation.
Putting the site visit preparation agenda on your list of things to do can easily be forgotten. At Baptist Hospital East and Memorial Hospital in Belleville, IL, organizers were proactive and created some helpful ideas to make sure staff members were ready for the appraisers.
