Inside the Forces: Foster effective communication between nurses

To write evidence for Force of Magnetism 3: Management style in the written documentation, it is important to build relationships among all staff to create a practice environment that fosters effective communication. Consider the following two strategies to establish communication among staff:
- Create a nursing portal on the organizational intranet site and post council membership information including contact information, upcoming agendas, and committee meeting minutes. Establish a chat room for key issues on the nursing portal.
- Host effective communication and team-building workshops for all nurses.
