Inside the Forces: Show community recognition!
HCPro's Weekly Update on the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program®*, July 1, 2008
Healthcare organizations have the opportunity to showcase their dedication to the communities they serve in the written documentation under Force of Magnetism 10: Community and the healthcare organization.
As a valued member of the community, your organization and staff may be recognized in a variety of ways. When writing for Force 10, provide a list of awards or recognition received by the community or by individual employees for community service or involvement. Include newspaper articles and proclamations. Such awards may include recognition for continued support of a charity organization and involvement in fundraising activities.
