Annual competency assessment can be a wearisome task for educators and nurses. It’s difficult to imagine that these regulatory requirements could be turned into a day of fun.

But that’s just what St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK, decided to do when it created a competency fair for its intensive care and ED staff members.
