Meeting employee and family needs

To meet the evolving needs of healthcare employees and their families, form a committee made up of people who know the details and needs of staff members. The members of the committee or task force should include:
- Staff level employees from all shifts and various types of positions
- Employees from diverse age groups
- Employees from diverse cultural groups
- Representatives from the mid-level management and top management group
- Representatives from personnel or human resources
