You might be training your staff about vital protocols and important regulations, but if your slides are saddled with black and white colors, you might be looking at an audience with glazed-over eyes.

“Color piques people’s interest and increases comprehension,” says Janell Anderson, RN, MSN, CNAA-BC, administrator of nursing education for Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo. “Black and white just doesn’t do that. And if you think about it, we don’t think in black and white; we think in color.”
