Arkansas court dismisses privileging case

A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit filed against Baptist Health, Little Rock, AK for revoking the privileges of two physicians with an indirect financial interest in a cardiac hospital. The judge ruled that the court did not have jurisdiction to hear the case because it "failed to raise a substantial question of federal law," according to a report from Modern Physician.
