Tip of the week: Make wellness programs more inclusive

Many practitioner wellness programs provide support only to physicians. Other practitioners, such as podiatrists, advanced practice nurses, or physician assistants, are not always able to access the wellness programs and resources that are available to physicians. Healthcare organizations should consider expanding the name and scope of such programs to include all practitioners who are granted privileges.
