Dear readers,
Thank you to everyone who attended the 15th Annual Credentialing Resource Center Symposium in Orlando last week. It was great to see MSPs, quality directors, and physicians come together to learn about best practices in credentialing, medical staff leadership, and physician competence. I hope this is reflective of the partnerships that are starting to form at your organization. One message I kept hearing at nearly every session I sat in on was that communication and partnership between departments is key.
I would also like to thank our poster presenters and focus group attendees for sharing insight about their facilities with other attendees and HCPro staff members. These networking opportunities are another reason we enjoy seeing you at the Credentialing Resource Center Symposium.
For those of you unable to attend, stay tuned for upcoming opportunities to benefit from the tips and knowledge that was flowing at the conference.
See you next year!
Karen Kondilis
