In the news: Idaho hospitals may have greater immunity against negligent credentialing claims

On Thursday, a bill insulating hospitals from negligent credentialing lawsuits passed in the Idaho House. Under the measure, hospitals that participate in peer review will receive greater protections from patients claiming that they negligently credentialed physicians, reports NECN.
