Congratulations to this month’s winner, Karen Vineyard, CPMSM, manager of medical affairs at Lapeer Regional Medical Center! Karen gets one free seat to the 2011 Credentialing Resource Center Symposium in Las Vegas for her form, a physician improvement policy.
Lapeer Regional Medical Center has implemented it for rule violation compliance. The policy is tiered, providing steps of what to do after a first offense, second offense, and so forth, until the eventual removal of privileges, when appropriate.
Download the form and learn more about the Credentialing Resource Center Symposium.
