The Office of Inspector General (OIG) released its list of most-wanted fugitives on February 3 to thwart healthcare fraud and abuse by bringing the issue to the public’s attention. The list includes photos and profiles of each wanted individual, a fugitive tip form, and the phone number to the OIG tip hotline. The 10 individuals on the Most Wanted Health Care Fugitives List have allegedly cost taxpayers more than $124 million in fraud. Read the full press release here.
