Physicians are no strangers to concurrent proctoring. At some point in his or her career, every physician is proctored and serves as a proctor, but there is a lot more to this medical staff responsibility than meets the eye. With many other duties, physicians may not take the time to prepare for each case or learn the skills necessary to make the proctoring experience valuable for both the proctoree and the proctor.
