Tips for critical access hospitals struggling to comply with MS.08.01.01 and MS.08.01.03

According to the September issue of Joint Commission Perspectives, 27% of critical access hospitals (CAH) struggle to comply with MS.08.01.01 and MS.08.01.03, which pertain to peer review. Although 27% doesn’t seem like a high number, it’s safe to say that because of their limited resources, including an in sufficient number of physicians, most critical access hospitals don’t consider peer review easy.
