Dear Medical Staff Leader Connection readers,
Whenever a new year approaches, I think about my dad’s perspective on New Year’s resolutions. He believes that if you want to change your life, you should start now—there is no reason to wait for January 1. Although he has a valid point, you have to admit that January 1 has helped many people get over the “I’ll start my diet tomorrow” syndrome. It’s not a deadline per se, but the start of a new year, and you want to get it off to a strong start.
