Contest winner: OPPE forms simplified
Hospitalist Leadership Connection, September 29, 2009
HCPro is pleased to announced the September winner for The Greeley Medical Staff Institute Symposium contest.
Thanks to Sharon Chaput, RN, CSHA, director of regulatory and quality management at Brattleboro Retreat in Brattleboro, VT, for sending in two forms to measure physician competency: an OPPE indicator form and an OPPE master grid. You can download the forms here.
“The Joint Commission surveyor told us this past June that this form is the best he has seen in the country,” Chaput said about these forms that can be adapted for any specialty.
Want more on OPPE indicators? You can come a day early to the Greeley Medical Staff Symposium Pre-Conference for a special workshop session on "Physician Performance Measurement: Selecting indicators and targets for the six general competencies and OPPE."
The Greeley Medical Staff Institute Symposium is just weeks away. Be sure to enter our final contest to win two free seats before it’s too late!! We will announce a winner at the end of October.
