You’ve designed a physician reporting mechanism and are getting ready to distribute your first set of report cards—but do you have the right policies in place? For the smoothest transition, don’t wait until you are ready to distribute the reports before developing your policy. Develop guidelines as your task force does its work and include everything you’ve learned during pilot testing.
