Ron Greeno, MD, FCCP, chief medical officer and senior consultant for The Cogent Group, Brentwood, TN, and founder of Cogent Healthcare discusses the business of hospitalist programs in an audio interview with HCPro, Inc. “[Hospitalist programs’] goals really need to be constructed by first considering what the hospital’s business drivers are and what strategic initiatives that hospital has, to meet those business drivers,” said Greeno about the upcoming seminar, Developing and Maximizing Your Hospitalist Program, sponsored by HCPro and Hospitalist Management Advisor newsletter, where he will be speaking.
