Achieving work-life balance for women in healthcare
Hospitalist Leadership Connection, March 11, 2008
Quint Studer, a thought leader in the healthcare industry and author of Hardwiring Excellence and 101 Answers to Questions Leaders Ask, is conducting a survey to better understand the struggles women in healthcare face. In his most recent blog, Studer says that the 10.7 million women who work in healthcare-including hospitalists-bear tremendous responsibility "at work, at home, and in the community." Through this survey, Studer hopes to enhance the work-life balance for women and ultimately improve patient care. To participate in the survey, click here.
