Meet the Campaign to Improve Assisted Living
Contemporary Long-Term Care Weekly, June 21, 2007
The Campaign to Improve Assisted Living launched over Mother's Day weekend in May, and is now broadening its recruitment efforts to unite assisted living facilities across the country. The coalition, which includes the Service Employees International Union, assisted living residents, caregivers, family members, and seniors housing advocacy groups, was created to develop standards for safe, quality, economically viable housing for assisted living residents.
