In a statement released on January 15, Sunrise Senior Living, Inc., stated the company is weeks away from submitting its recast 2005 financial statement information to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), reported a Sunrise press release. The McLean, VA, based company also announced that its 2006 Form 10-Qs and Form 10-K will not be ready by March 1, 2007, as the company originally stated because it needs to amend the 2005 Form 10-Qs and Form 10-K first.
