CMS issues correction to F-Tag #329

If you downloaded CMS' interpretive guidance for F-Tag #329, Unnecessary drugs, before September 20, 2006, you'll want to make some corrections. On that date, CMS issued a revised version with changes to the Table 1 listing of medications. They are as follows:
- Clorazepate was inadvertently listed as 5 mg and has been revised to read Clorazepate 15 mg
- Diazepam was inadvertently listed as 1.5 mg and has been revised to read Diazepam 5 mg
- Clonazepam was inadvertently listed as 7.5 mg and has been revised to read Clonazepam 1.5 mg
