One of the greatest challenges in almost every long-term care facility is how to deal with disgruntled family members. Whether the families are generally unhappy with the entire situation or they become disgruntled with the services the facil-ity provides, these people are demanding and unreasonable. Staff members often avoid, humor, or even ignore disgruntled families. After all, these families often yell at staff and threaten the facility with lawsuits.
