Q: Is there a form that helps us understand what constitutes a significant change? The RAI to me is vague regarding Mood and Behavior. We used to use a Briggs form that showed exactly how to know if there was a significant change in these two areas. I understand you have to have 2 areas of change for a significant change. When I run the QA measures for each individual through our software. It is hard to know if they truly do have a change in these areas.
