For the most part, feedback has been positive pertaining to the MDS 3.0 since its implementation in October 2010. There's no denying, however, that the assessment is lengthy and contains an abundance of information. Consequently, mistakes occur and errors are made even by the most experienced MDS coordinators and interdisciplinary teams (IDT).
