How would you code ADLs if a resident requires the help of two CNAs, but not the physical assistance?

Q: If a resident is coded as supervised for ambulation in column 1 for Section G, but requires a CNA to push the wheelchair behind them and a CNA to carry the IV pole, should this be coded as 3 in column 2? I’m still a newbie and have a hard time with this coding due to the “no physical-hands on assist” language.
