How do I code a pressure ulcer if the area has been amputated?

Q: I have a resident that had a stage 4 pressure ulcer. He went out to the hospital and had a left above the knee amputation related to the severity and multiple diagnoses. He is now readmitted to the nursing facility. How do I score the stage 4 pressure ulcer on the MDS since technically it was not healed?
