If a resident is coded as supervised in Column 1 of Section G, should it be coded as a 0 or 1 in Column 2?

Q: If a resident is coded as supervised in Column 1 of Section G, should it be coded as a 0 or 1 in Column 2? My MDS trainer codes 1 even though there is no hands on or set up help, but simply because there must be someone who is supervising.
