CMS releases Final Rule for SNF PPS FY 2011
Contemporary Long-Term Care Weekly, July 22, 2010
CMS released a display copy of the Final Rule for SNF PPS fiscal year (FY) 2011 on July 16.
The rule contains a number of provisions in compliance with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Key elements of the FY 2011 rule include a 1.7% increase to the market basket. Stay tuned to MDSCentral for more information regarding the SNF PPS FY 2011 Final Rule.
