The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently announced via their Web site that the agency plans to hold another MDS 3.0 Train-the-Trainer conference sometime in August. The Train-the-Trainer conference held in Baltimore April 13-15 “did not fully succeed in meeting the needs of all interested parties due to the space limitations,” according to the CMS Web site. To accommodate as many individuals as possible at the August conference, CMS is seeking input from the long-term care community on potential locations for the conference and the number of interested individuals from each organization.
If you or your organization is interested in attending a CMS Train-the-Trainer conference in August, send an email to survey@mdsnationalconference.com with the following information by June 1, 2010:
- Organization or facility name
- Geographic location
- Number of interested participants (name and contact information would also be helpful, but is not required)
