Long-Term and Post-Acute Care HIT Summit

The 2010 Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) Summit is the leading health information technology (HIT) and electronic health record (EHR) initiative conference. For two days the summit will cover national policy, strategies, standards, updates on current industry initiatives, research, implementation guidance, and technology vendor interaction through lively dialogues and expert-led education. Join in discussion about advancing the LTC HIT roadmap initiatives and key areas for advancement, including the healthcare stimulus package, the administration change, and the opportunities for post-acute care and LTC.
This year’s summit, on June 7 – 8 in Baltimore, features keynote speaker Eric Dishman, an Intel Fellow and director of health innovation and policy for Intel’s Digital Health Group, which he helped launch in 1999. Dishman is widely recognized as a global leader in driving healthcare reform through home and community-based technologies and services, with special focus on enabling independent living for seniors.
