Q: Who is responsible for maintaining compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) standards?
A: Although all workers are responsible for maintaining compliance with OSHA standards, the administrator must also make sure maintenance personnel, along with the associated housekeeping and laundry departments, develop policies that will address key compliance issues.
