Help your staff members find their comfort zone for interviewing by having them practice on each other. With residents and families, try to incorporate the new elements into a customer satisfaction interview. This way, residents and families will be introduced to the new interviewing processes and your staff will gain needed experience. You can then use this information in care planning.
