BJBC releases new resources for long-term care providers

Better Jobs Better Care (BJBC) recently released four new resources to help long-term care providers reduce worker turnover and maintain a high-quality staff, according to an October 30 press release from BJBC.
The resources, which are based on findings from four years of BJBC research, consist of:
- A Crisis with a Solution: Tools and Resources for Transforming the Long-Term Care Workforce – a catalogue detailing the tools now available to providers
- A Crisis with a Solution: Transforming the Long-Term Care Workforce – a short video to accompany the catalogue
- Solutions You Can Use: Transforming the Long-Term Care Workforce – a training guide covering topics of cultural diversity and the key findings of BJBC’s research
- A special issue of The Gerontologist
