AHIP encourages Americans to get LTC insurance
Contemporary Long-Term Care Weekly, August 29, 2008
America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) launched a campaign to educate Americans about the cost of long-term care and the need for long-term care insurance, Marketwatch.com reported recently.
The centerpiece of the campaign is a consumer Web site that features information about long-term care insurance, according to Marketwatch.com
AHIP’s campaign is the result of survey findings that show many Americans underestimate the cost of long-term care, or erroneously believe they have long-term care insurance.
