Short stays in long term care
Contemporary Long-Term Care Weekly, August 21, 2008
There’s an increasing trend of short stays in long-term care, as well as changes some long-term care facilities are making around their Part A drug formularies. We are interested in gathering answers to eight questions on these issues to better understand the affect of these changes. We will report the overall findings in the September 4th and 11th editions of CLTC Weekly. Please click here to take the survey: http://www.zoomerang.com/Survey/?p=WEB2286933JLZ8
Answer as many questions as you can and feel free to forward the survey to a colleague. All answers are confidential. Thanks for your insight!
