A 23-year-old named Jessie Noel is the director of nursing (DON) at Midland Meadows, an assisted living facility in
Noel had worked at the facility since December as a nurse’s aide, and became the DON upon graduating college. At the age of 15, Noel began working for another assisted living facility in the dietary department, and worked through college without ever taking a sick day. As DON, she is in charge of over 40 employees and 65 residents.
