Massachusetts facility experiences carbon monoxide exposure

Eight employees and 38 residents were sent to the hospital after high levels of carbon monoxide were detected in their facility in Tauton, MA, according to boston.com.

 

The carbon monoxide sensors registered up to 120 parts per million in some areas of the facility. A normal reading is under 10 parts per million. Despite the high levels, no one was seriously injured, and individuals were taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure.
