My InnerView, an independent research firm, released a report last week that shows both consumers and employees are very satisfied with their facility.
The report, titled “2007 National Survey of Consumer and Workforce Satisfaction in Nursing Homes,” shows 82% of consumers and 70% of employees rate their nursing home as either “good” or “excellent” and would recommend their facility to others looking to receive care.
