Florida facility facing lawsuit in resident's death

A nursing home in Titusville, Florida is facing a negligence suit in the death of an female resident, reported www.wftv.com. The suit claims that the 83-year-old resident fell out of her wheelchair nine times, which lead to her subsequent death. But, facility contends that it did call a doctor and sent the resident to the hospital, according to the Web site.
