New CIAs cover QAA productivity

Two new Corporate Integrity Agreements (CIA) involving nursing homes have been implemented, according to the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General website. They both contain a focus on the effective operations of Quality Assessment and Assurrance (QAA) committes. These CIAs also cover:

  • falls prevention
  • staffing data/analysis
  • coordination of care
