Database to assess satisfaction

Contemporary Long-Term Care Weekly, February 14, 2008

The National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) is partnering with My Innerview to develop a database to track resident, family, and employee satisfaction levels, according to an NCAL press release.

The national database will help NCAL continue to promote quality care in assisted living facilities. Facilities can use the database to assess where they need the most improvement, according to the release.
