PA sues Lilly, AZ, Janssen claiming deceptive marketing

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has sued Eli Lilly, AstraZeneca (AZ), and Janssen, alleging deceptive marketing, concealing risks, and defrauding government programs.
The February 26 complaint involves antipsychotic drugs from all three companies: Eli Lilly's Zyprexa, AZ's Seroquel, and Janssen's Risperdal. The complaint alleges the companies:
The complaint was filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County.
