Court dismisses class-action suit against Wyeth

An Illinois court has affirmed a previous ruling to dismiss a plaintiff's claim against Wyeth because the plaintiff failed to show that he suffered from the company's alleged deceptive marketing.
The plaintiff, Gordon Gredell, filed a class-action claim against Wyeth and American Home Products Company, alleging that the defendants fraudulently marketed and sold prescription drug products.
