Johns Hopkins, Partners HealthCare adopt new conflict-of-interest policies

Johns Hopkins Medicine (JHM) and Partners HealthCare are enacting new conflict-of-interest policies that will limit pharmaceutical representatives’ access to healthcare professionals.
Both new policies prohibit staff members from accepting gifts, including meals, from pharmaceutical company representatives.
