Former BMS exec pleads guilty to false FTC certification

Andrew Bodnar, a former senior executive with Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS), pleaded guilty April 6 for making a false certification to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and will pay a $1 million criminal fine, according to a Department of Justice (DOJ) release.
