Massachusetts finalizes disclosure regulations
Device Regulation Alert: Safety, Compliance and Reimbursement News, March 16, 2009
The Massachusetts Public Health Council (PHC) finalized regulations March 11 governing the sales and marketing practices of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers.
The PHC passed the new regulations by a 10-0 vote. The regulations take effect July 1, with the first reports due July 1, 2010.
