Pfizer to disclose payments to physicians

Pfizer will become the first pharmaceutical company to disclose payments to physicians for clinical trials, according to a company press release.

The disclosure includes payments made to practicing U.S. physicians and other healthcare providers, as well as principal investigators, major academic institutions, and research sites for clinical research.
